This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered through thesweetstruggle.com, operated by Tyler Harvey in Melbourne, Australia.
All guides currently offered through The Sweet Struggle are free of charge. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies. If you experience any issues accessing or downloading a guide, contact me and I'll sort it out.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of paid digital content (including but not limited to ebooks, guides, templates, and downloadable resources) are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
This is because digital products can be accessed, copied, or used immediately upon delivery, making it impossible to verify whether the product has been consumed.
If The Sweet Struggle offers paid services in the future, such as personal training, coaching, or community memberships, the following refund terms will apply:
Any additional or specific terms for future services will be communicated at the point of purchase.
Nothing in this policy is intended to override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of this policy.
